# What is performance based physical therapy?

It means we take you beyond what your insurance believes to be “good enough”  
and assist you in being able to perform your activities at a higher level than before.

## Why Us?

- Evolve Physical Therapy provides 1 on 1 hour long sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- Fee for Service billing which eliminates any surprise bills from your insurance at the end. We will discuss the number of visits required and the total cost at your evaluation.
- Access to the DPT between visits. If you have a question or concern between appointments, call us!
- We do not provide the same cookie cutter treatment plan for each patient. You are unique and deserve effort required to treat your specific concern.
